We have a simple form that you will have to fill out.
Please provide all information you can about your device and what problem you are having with it. Example - "I have a Asus laptop that will not turn on." If you can be more descriptive the better we can diagnose your problem. Please make sure to read the policy and disclaimer about mail-ins.

We will diagnose your device when sent in. Then we confirm the price of the repair. Once price is determined we will fix your device. You pay when your device is fixed. We mail the package back to you after the payment is revceived.
We offer expedited repairs for an additional $50. They are handled within 1-4 business days based on the repair and what parts we will need. If the repair cannot be done in that time frame we will waive the fee and contact you to see how you want to proceed. If we are unable to fix your device you will be charged nothing. This does not apply to prior attempt repairs. You may still have a fee if we work on it.
